Suggest Treatment For Painless Penile Blister

i have a little pinkish blister like bump on my penis. the thing is its on my skin that comes off the penis head and the vein below that is red around it. i think its just a masterbation blister because it doesnt hurt or itch and no discharge. and the bump is small. ive had it for a month or so and if i stop for like a week it will start to go away but hasnt gone away all the way. what can i use to make it go away quicker
