Suggest Treatment For Painless Small Bumps On Face

Hello,
Since last two days my face has erupted with what i think is looks like acne.
It could be infection, allergy.

very small to small bumps
no coloration
no pain or itching

Tuesday night: Started with small group below my lips on the chin.
Wednesday evening : right cheek covered with these bumps.
Wednesday night{now} : started erupting in the left cheek: only a little.

no change in diet: rice/lentils,pepper,bread,chocolate spread.
tried applying ice.
had 1 allegra 120
