Suggest Treatment For Pain,swelling And Red Bumps On Toe

my second toe on my right foot has been swollen, extra warm to touch, extremly painful and also has tiny red bumps on the toe. I have been to doctors and they are confused. I knew it was not broken but the doctor took an xray to prove the bone was ok. Toe not broke but pain is getting worse. What can I do?? Please help give me an idea. Thank you
