Suggest Treatment For Pale Red Scaly Rash On Thigh

A rash appeared on my thigh (not in groin area) 8 weeks ago and has not gone away. It does NOT itch. It is: -- pale red -- perfectly circular -- size of an american nickel -- initially some white scaly skin overlaid the pale red but that s mostly gone. When it first appeared, there was a small pin-prick sized dot in the middle that looked like an insect bite. The appearance of the rash has not changed significantly the entire time. Meanwhile I do feel lethargic, although perhaps that has nothing to do with the bite.
