Suggest Treatment For Pale Spots On The Cheeks

Respected Doctor,since 6 months i have pale spots on one of my cheeks and those pale spots are lighter in colour than rest of my face.There has been not a single change in those spots since 6 months.I am worried whether it is the starting of vitiligo?Will these spots convert into vitiligo after a period of time?what could be the main possible cause behind these spots?plz suggest?
