Suggest Treatment For Palmar Rash

I have a palmer rash. It does not itch. small white bumps in many of the red area's of the rash. kind of looks like poison ivy in parts of it. I've had it for two days. I went to the walk in walgreens. The dr. did not know what it was. I was tested for all std's in july and was negative for everything. the dr. said it's not secondary syphillis, but had no clue. I have sle lupus and no spleen.. any ideas.
