Suggest Treatment For Palmar Warts

I am a healthy person ;Male,23. I have Palmar warts in my both palms(8 in right, 3 in left).Those are developed gradually one by one for last 6 years. As these cause no problem in my day to day life, I was not concerned.But as those are increasing in numbers as well as shape and size, I am worried now.What type of treatment do you suggest for that?
