Suggest Treatment For Para Psoriasis

sir im suffering from parapsoriasis for the last seven years. i dont know whether it is para psoriasis, its said by doctors of srmc chennai after a skin biopsy. later i consulted 3 doctors personally. but every thing is invane, no use .again & again oinments and tablets. now due to high temperature of summer , i cant tolerate the disease. its itching all over the body. everywhere scaly patches(small). please suggest me a solution
