Suggest Treatment For Parallel Dents On The Finger Tip

I have developed 2 dents parallel finger tip in depth causing a slight ridge on as I think is the fontella. I have no pain, have experienced silent migraines as the optician advised as was experiencing flashing colours and blurred vision however this is sporadic. seems crazy however I am 47 years old and wear my glasses on the top of my head frequently in the position the dents have appeared can this be the cause?
