Suggest Treatment For Paralyzed Feeling When Under Stress

what is it called, that when I have heavy heavy stress overload, that my body feels paralyzed? Which is odd because I am talking my face even freezes up. The thought of the problem, causes me such stress, even my mind is frozen. I have survived Cancer, 23 tumors, PRAISE GOD AND MY SURGEON! I wish I could ask u more than just that question, but why do I keep getting paralyzed ?
