Hi,I am Diwashish Biswas (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have the following results on my MRI:At C2-3 there is left paramedian disk herniation with concave impression on the cervical cord on axial T2 weighted images 3 and 4. The foramina are maintained bilaterally. At C3-4, minor disk bulge is seen posteriorly. At C6-7, there is disk bulge posteriorly. At L3-4 there is disk bulge posteriorly. Mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is seen bilaterally. Bulging disk material results in moderate foaminal narrowing on the right. What does all this mean? What should I expect for treatment? I have pain in my neck down my left arm. I also have severe pain in my left hip, groin area and down to my left knee.
