Suggest Treatment For Parkinson's Disease

my brother is 50 yrs old and he has parkinson hes been to plenty of doctors and they all tell my dad the same thing they cant do anything for him what can be done to easehis legs from locking up to where he can walk he works everyday they even have to call dad to come get him from work because he cant stand they bring him up a drive way in a wheel chair and it bothers him to sleep.he lives withour dad
