Suggest Treatment For Patches Of Small Red Dots

Hi, a few days ago I notices I have a patch of small red dots that form a circle. I don't have them anywhere else on my body. They sometimes itch but rarely. The only known factor is a rat I was holding and it was scratching me. I'm 19 years old. about 110 pounds. 5 feet 4 and a half inches.
