Suggest Treatment For Pea Sized Lumps On Side Of Foot

Hello,I have just noticed that I have several pea sized lumps on the side/sole left foot.,I gave been very stressed and tired,,not sleeping well,I Am female,56 yrs,5 ft 8m and overweight,,186 lbs, large boned, post menopause,,total hystorectomy at age 26,very sensitive to loud sounds, and lights, vision isworse at night,,dropping things a lot, get dizzy,,,and break out with zoster quite a lot lately...also have had bladder cancer 18 yr ago,and palms of hands below little finger go red...and have trigger finger to boot ! help !
