Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

hi. i am 26 years old. i had PID...which was diagnosed and treated through antibiotics, though the treatment started almost 20days after i got the first symptoms.. severe pain and nausea. i want to know if there could have beeen a long term damage .. also, i still sometimes have very mild symptoms like tenderness in lower abdomen..but it has not progressed to anything alarming.i have been off antibiotics for about 20 days now..am still unsure and scared about future pregnancy.
