Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain And Ovarian Cyst

hi dr I m so worry about my swelling in pelvic and pain i m suffering from endometriosis from 2008 and had 2 leproscopies and one lepratamy and had course of zoladex for chocolate cyst in my left ovary now a days i have pelvic pain and swelling and again cyst with the size of 4.2*3.4 cm
