Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain And Vertigo

I have a rare bilateral vestibular disorder since 1998. I am 62 year old lady. Learned to live with a daily level of vertigo thru brain compensation. Have been ill with severe pelvic pain for 6 months so have been under durress. We drove to see a specialist in Phoenix and came rapidly down a 4,000 altitude mountain on way home. My left ear would not pop for hours then there was a loud crunch. Since then I have had horrible spinning and being on wave sensation constantly. Also hear slight clicking sound in same ear. I am in vestibular rehab again but it has been 8 weeks with little improvement. Any idea on what could have happened- could it have been some kind of fluid problem like Menieres with the rapid descent from mountain? Thanks
