Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain, Yellowish Discharge And Vaginal Pain

I am 35 yrs old and have been diagnosed with chronic pid and endometriosis, my symptoms are pelvic pain, yellowish discharge and burning vaginal pain as well as urinary symptoms such as feeling like the bladder is constantly full and pressure. I've been treated with 2 single courses of azithromycin, doxycycline and erythromycin for a fortnight each but I don't have any relief in the symptoms and my gp and gynae consultant have no idea where to go from here. Any ideas?
