Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain

I suddenly started having severe pain in my pelvis on the right side about 3 hours ago. The best way I can describe it is that it feels like I am in labor but I am not pregnant. It hurts soooo bad, I don't know what to do. I did take advil, but that didn't even touch the pain.
