Suggest Treatment For Pelvic Pain

Hello! I am hoping someone can help me. I am 24 and I have been experiencing a dull ach in my left side of my pelvis. When I am experieceing this pain I can not lean or lay on the left side of my body ( where the pain is) or I get sharp piercing pains. It is always on the left side in the same spot. I have had PID when I was 16 and had to be hospitalized for it. During wich I had a pelvic ultrasound done and the doctors told me that my tubes were severly scarred and I had a cist on my right ovari but it would go away with time. But nothing on the left. I am always constipated and urinate frequently. I am bloated always. My periods have always been iregular so it is hard to track them but they ushally are never any more than 4 days long . It start heavy the first day and then is very light. My mother has had cervical cancer. Should I be worried about ovarian cancer? Help please! I need to know if im just being paranoid or if my fears are justified.
