Suggest Treatment For Pelvicalyceal Dilatation After Undergoing Cystoscopy

I have had a cystoscopy, right retrograde pyelography and JJ stent removel last Thursday following a reconstruction of the junction between the renal pelvice and the ureter (sorry I can't remember the proper name) 7 weeks before. I now have a mildly dilated pelvicalyceal system, but otherwise normal. I am female, 61 years old, 170 cms tall and 63 kilos. How should I expect this dilation to go on and what can I do to protect my health?
