Suggest Treatment For Pemphigus Vulgaris

sir my syster has suffering pemphigus vulgaris she take treatement since last 4 years
when we stop medicine then it will increase so,plz give me a best suggestion / treatement.

now she is taken treatement in "MGM Hospital warangal " under the guidence of Dr.Ramchander Dharak HOD of skin Dept.
every month 25ml decotrone inj. added into D5 glucose and taking medicine
endoxan 50g
wysolone 10g
