Suggest Treatment For Pemphigus Vulgaris

Good Afternoon,
My sister is diagnosed of pemphigus vulgaris. Disease is from last 1.5 yrs. Last 6 months disease get serious day by day, now it is spread in mouth & on some part of body. on body part some liquid is coming out which smells very bad. will this will recover soon as she is very frustrated due to this.
our Doctor has started Ceftum250 tabs for her.
please help....
