Suggest Treatment For Penile Discharge And Painful Urination

Hi, im 19 years old and havnt been sexually active for almost a year. in the past 2 weeks ive noticed that im getting a discharge from the tip of my penis when doing anything! I also experience very slight discomfort after ejaculation or urinating. The discharge is clear and on investigation looks like semen. Can you help?
