Suggest Treatment For Penile Fungal Infection

I am diagnosed with skin infection on my penis by skin specialist, he says its an fungal infection, he gave me MUPIROCIN CREAM T-BACT, to be applied 3 times a day and AZIFAST 250MG to be taken 1 time after lunch, but i am getting itching on my inner skin which have turned reddish in colour and there is swelling on base of my penis which is slightly paining and its bit pinkish and greenish...
