Suggest Treatment For Penile Infection

Hi doctor,

Since two days i am having penal infection and i think its male candidiasis as some fungal infection is occuring at my penis. one year back i had same problem and used Nuforce ointment from mankind.
But i forgot the complete name of the ointment. Please suggest me the complete name of same or suggest me better option
