Suggest Treatment For Penile Itching And Burning Urination

My penis has been itching and a slight burn when urinating. It also has a bad odor here and there. I have been thinking its a yeast infection but i keep it very clean and have been using a antifungal cream. Itll be fine one day then come back. Are there any other things it could be?
