Suggest Treatment For Penile Lymphoceles

Hi, im 17 years old and I think i have penile lymphoceles,and i was wondering for how long should i put pressure on the penis? Is it okay to put a paper around the penis and make a knot for it to put pressure on the area where i have lymphoceles, and should I leave it for the hole entire day, and if not when should i take it off for it to not damage my penis?
