Suggest Treatment For Penis Discomfort

Hello Doctor,I am Naveed from Peshawar and my problem is that due to excessive hand practice now I am almost sexually impotent as my penis become very small, I almost lost my sexual feeling, there is slight diversion of penis position. Can you please recommend me medicine and treatment for it. Thanks
