Suggest Treatment For Penis Enlargement

Hi, my name is Kay and my boyfriend's name is Romeo. My boyfriend is 21 years old and has a 5 inches penis. I was wondering if this is a normal size for an Indian guy his age or if it should be longer in length. Can we try or can I give him anything to make it longer? What should we do if this is not the actual size it should be for someone at his age?
