Suggest Treatment For Penis Enlargement

hi my name is md.imtiyaz and i am 29 years old.my height is 5ft10inchs and my weight is 80 kg.my problem is i am doing handpump with my penis from last 16 years.now my penis is very thin and small.before 2 days blood fell down inside my penis.after 2 months i am going to my marriage.what can i do? plz give a suitable suggestion.
