Suggest Treatment For Penis Infection

after using a condom I got affected by some infection on my panis. due to that some white paste like layer apears on inner skin of panis. 4 yrs ago i have the same problem, after doctors consultn & using cloben-G antibacterial ointment the problem is fully cured. but now cloben-G is not working. pls suggest me some treatment.
