Suggest Treatment For Penis Pain

Hi Sir,
I am 29 yrs, single. from past 2 weeks i am getting pain in my penis while trying to get hard, and my penis is not getting hard enough how it does earlier(i used to mastrubute daily). please help me what could be the problem and which doctor department i need to consult. i am getting married in 4 months. pls help me
