Suggest Treatment For Penis Problems

i am 17 years old and i have got white bumps on the head of my penis it feels like a sort of dried skin texture it doesnt bother me in any way but its just not a nice sight ive had it for a while now but i think the bumps have increased as time went on , i was wondering what ointment etc i should use to get rid of them if that is possible please can u help me it will be really appreciated
