Suggest Treatment For Penis Problems

Hi, i have little tears around the tip of my foreskin which I think are a result of dryness around that area. I had unprotected sex last night with my girlfriend which by morning which is now sensitive. I noticed when I pulled my foreskin back I have small tears which are little open wounds. Not painful unless I touch it. Your thoughts?
