Suggest Treatment For Penis Skin Discoloration

Sir my whole body is of white colour, but my pennis is very black in colour... recently i met with an accident and i had to stay away from bath for atleast one month and now color of my pennis has become much black in color.. could u pls suggest me a solution to bring it back to normal color.. could u suggest me any soap or such...
