Suggest Treatment For Penis Ulcer

Hi Doc. 10 days before I developed a tiny kind of ulceration on tip of my penis,it was looking as if it will vanish with in few days . But now it's developed with mild scaling off @ the same spot with white scaling off,kindly suggest me any doc.near anna nagar so that I can visit them ASAP
