Suggest Treatment For Penis Wound?

Hey..i have an embarrasing injury and i dont know what to do..im scared and i need to know what to do. i was about to engage in sexual intercourse and the vagina was too small and when i pushed in i snapped the thing that connects the foreskin to the head of the penis..please tell me what i should do and how serious it is..
