Suggest Treatment For Periodic Nose Bleeds With Headache

i am a 45 year old female getting periodic nose bleeds in my left nostril while sleeping. this is accompanied by a mild headache concentrated approx. between my left nostril and left eye. given it has happened about 1/2 dozen times in the last 4 months, i'm getting a bit concerned.
