Suggest Treatment For Pernicious Anemia

Hi... I have recently been diagnosed with pernicious anemia. I have been extremely I week, dizzy and have these weird feelings that run down my arms that feel like electricity or something. Much more concerning are the neurological problems. My concentration has gone from bad to worse. I am overwhelmed by confusion, forgetfullness and my sense of time is completely off track... I have been missing entire classes at school due to lateness, no matter how much extra time I give myself knowing that I m going to be late. I am constantly knocking into things, stumbling and falling. I ve heard that the neurological symptoms could be permanent. How am I supposed to work go to school and take care of myself in general if I am currently and always going to be living in such disarray? ****SCAM***** this is ethically disgusting... How do area you ask for money as the very last requirement. Obviously you know what you were doing. I am already seeing a real doctor that has a job.
