Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve had a perpetual earache since I was a kid. off and on mostly when the temp or elev. changes. I ve had tubes to try and relieve the pain but, it hasn t worked. there is no infection as I ve asked that same question over and over to the doc and 95% of the time it s no infection . they did a differential pressure test once and thought the little gadget was broken because it read 9 x the normal pressure difference of a normal individual. is this possible? is it common? or am I barking up the wrong tree? I ve even thought my ear canal must be retaining water from the shower but, it happens mostly around the same time of day 2-4 pm daily.
