Suggest Treatment For Persistent Blocked Nose

what could be the cause of always having a blocked nose. even if i try to blow my nose it doesnt work this happens specially in the morning. and sometimes it would get runny and fall but even then its not enough to really blow my nose. its just blocked throughout most of the day
