Suggest Treatment For Persistent Clogged Ears And Headaches With Pressure In Head

I have h, ad cl you please tell me what you think I can do to help this problemogged ears for a couple years now and I have been experiencing headaches and a lot of pressure in my head, also when I blow my nose I feel my ears pop a little bit and it relieves the pressure but then shortly after the pressure builds back up. I have been to my doctor and they gave me some nasal spray to clear out my sinus and it seemed to help with the headaches a little bit but when I ran out my headaches came back but my ears stayed clogled up, can you please tell me what you think the problem is?
