Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Throat Pain

Hi Sir, I am having problem of dry cough with on & off appearance.3 months back i had severe Cold which took around 15 days to cure.Though cough was not there but after few days i started having problem of cough. Its been 2 month since then i am having cough problem.From past 10 days i am having too much throat pain, milky white very dry cough & lots of throat pain & some back nasal drip also. I finally had a chest XRAY, CBP & ESR. I used to smoke but due to this problem i havn t smoked from since past 3 weeks. Request you to check the reports & suggest, please.
