Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough,nose Bleeds And Fever

I am constantly coughing up mucus. It s a yellowish green color. If I breath through my mouth it tickles and makes me cough more. My symptoms have escalated quickly. I have a fever of about 101. Since this morning I ve been coughing so hard Ive had 9 nose bleeds with a lot of blood. Should I see a doctor?
