Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea And Indigestion

My daughter has had loose stool for five days. She has had a lot of gas and indigestion and every time she eats food , it just blows right through her. She is two years old. I cut back on her fruit intake thought maybe she had been eating too many oranges but that has not made a difference.she is just having one diaper blowout after another it is not diarrhea just excessive poops with a lot of gas. She is acting normally otherwise.I have also been feeding her probiotic yogurts thinking that that might could help her digestive track ,but it has not seem to help.
