Suggest Treatment For Persistent Ear Pain

high i have concent pain below my right ear .its getting worse day by day.i have this pain for over 18 months and i have tried every pain killer that my doctor has perscribed.ive been going to my doctor every other week and they can,t find out whats causing all this pain.ive had an m.r.i.scan and it shows wear on my shoulder bone .could this be the cause .its really un bearible and i cant get to sleep at night.looking forward to your answer.many thanks howard
