Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever In Infant

I have a daughter of 11mnth she has a fever. I have used flexon suspension for1 days bt it didn't recover. sometimes her fever was so high bt sometimes it slow down . does this medicine works or have to change other. if it needs to change please tell me the name of that medicine . thanks doctor. rply me soon... plz....
