Suggest Treatment For Persistent Genital Warts

I am from london uk, i have genital warts that have been there for ages now and i have clotrimazole cream, canesten hc cream,warticon cream and one capule called fulonazole which i have taken and the warticon is to be applied 3 out of 7 days a week each week please can you advice me on what to do i am worried they will not go away
