Suggest Treatment For Persistent Hay Fever

My daughter had a full blood count done and results showed she was suseptable to allergies and was given a prescription as a nasal spray as she has developed "hayfever" over the last year and tablets haven't eased anything. Is this something she will outgrow? She is 15
